1. One-year warranty inspection - as you approach the 11-month of being in your home, getting a full inspection is a great way to ensure that your home will be in great shape for years to come. Since living in your home, you have likely noticed some things that might not be quite right. We will look at those plus all the areas that you likely don't look at that often. For example, attic, framing, foundation, water heater, plumbing, and more. 

2. Pest control - new homes are built on the ground that have had bugs for thousands of years. This often makes new builds the most difficult for general pest control. We have tailored plans to help keep your home bug free! Do you have mosquitoes? We have solutions for that as well. 

3. Handyman services - from hanging TV's to changing out tile bathrooms. If you have projects around the home, our team can help you out. 

4. Christmas lights - What makes a new home better? Having beautiful Christmas lights on it that you didn't have to hang! You pick the color, approve the layout, and we take care of the rest.
