Commercial inspections, often called Property Condition assessments or PCA for short, differ greatly from residential inspections. Each building and buyer is unique. From a 600 sq/ft office to a 600-unit apartment complex, we seek to give you the most helpful information in the buying process. Because of this, we customize each PCA to fit your needs.
How does the process work?
Step 1 - fill out the form below. Once done, we will reach out to you within 24 hours to set up a consultation call to learn more about the property and your specific needs. This process typically takes around 20-30min.
Step 2- We will draft a scope of work, estimate, and timeline based on the property and our consultation. (Within 48 hours)
Step 3 - We will conduct the inspection, give you a verbal overview, and send the property assessment report within 48 hours.
Step 4 - Once you have received the report, we will give you an option for another consultation to go over the findings.
