Before entering the inspection industry, Michael cut his teeth in construction analysis and property maintenance and management, giving him a well-rounded understanding of how homes function over time and what truly matters when evaluating a property. Prior to his real estate experience, he served in the Army National Guard, where he developed a strong sense of discipline and a commitment to showing up for the people around him. Combined with his naturally practical and analytical approach, he enjoys helping clients better understand how their home works so they can make informed decisions.

At home, life is full and fast-paced. Michael and his wife are raising three incredibly outgoing kids, and most days revolve around practices and activities—from kickboxing and jiu-jitsu to volleyball and t-ball.

When he’s not working, Michael enjoys grilling, spending time with friends, and occasionally playing video games—something meaningful to him since it’s how he met his wife. A typical Saturday is simple: relaxing at home, maybe a trip to the park, and good food with the family.

At his core, Michael is driven to provide something meaningful to the people in his life—a legacy for his kids, gratitude for his wife, reliability with his friends, camaraderie with his coworkers, and clarity for his clients. He believes the best way to do that is through authenticity and a genuine commitment to serving others.
